Generation details
The source is center-cropped to a square and rendered at the configured favicon sizes. Transparent output is used when enabled; otherwise the selected background is filled first.
The generated favicon.ico contains a single 32×32 PNG image entry. The tool also creates PNG files for 16, 32, 180, 192, and 512 pixel uses.
Privacy and limitations
