Use the Dividend Income Calculator to estimate gross annual dividend income from the number of shares or units you hold and the gross annual dividend paid per share or unit. The calculation is country-neutral and uses only the values you enter. It does not apply tax, withholding, broker fees, live market data, or dividend forecasts.

How to use the dividend income calculator

  1. Enter the number of shares or units you hold.
  2. Enter the gross annual dividend per share or unit.
  3. Calculate the gross annual dividend income.
  4. Confirm that the quantity and dividend use the same share/unit basis and that the dividend currency is the currency you want the result expressed in.

How dividend income is calculated

Gross annual dividend income = quantity × gross annual dividend per share or unit.

For example, 100 shares with a gross annual dividend of 2.50 per share produces gross annual dividend income of 250 in the dividend currency.

A zero quantity or zero dividend is valid and produces zero income. Negative quantities or negative dividend values are rejected.

The result changes only when you change the inputs. The calculator does not predict dividend increases, cuts, suspensions, special dividends, or payment schedules.

Privacy, scope, and investment notice

All inputs are processed locally in your browser. Taxes, withholding, fees, currency conversion, reinvestment, payment timing, special distributions, and future dividend changes are excluded. The result is gross annual income based on user-entered values, not a forecast, tax calculation, or investment recommendation.
